Huawei and Xiaomi both adopted the same band style for their 7 series. However, there are some differences between these two in terms of size and fit. The MI band 7 is somehow traditional and is also lightweight compared to the other and the straps of both the bands are made of silicone.

In case of Huawei band 7, there is 44mm polymer case with a thickness of 9.9mm and its weight is only 16g without the strap. It gives the feeling of a smartwatch with a long, thin, and rectangular body. MI band 7 is slightly different from this. It has 46.5mm polymer case with a thickness of 12.5mm and its weight is less than that of Huawei band 7 (13.5g).

The benefit which Huawei band 7 has over MI band 7 is that it supports fast charging feature that gives two days of tracking time with only five minute of charging.
